Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the NexoFlow service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
NexoFlow is a SaaS platform for creating and managing content (e.g. blog posts, CSV plans, social media posts) and connecting to your repositories, API keys, and social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You are responsible for your API keys and for complying with third-party terms (e.g. OpenAI, GitHub, Meta).
3. Social media connections
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf. You must have the right to post to those accounts and must comply with each platform's terms (e.g. Meta Terms). You may disconnect accounts at any time from the dashboard.
4. Account and payment
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. Subscription fees are billed via Stripe according to the plan you choose. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
We grant you a limited license to use the service. You retain rights to your content. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (e.g. to store and process your content and to use it as needed to provide features).
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for operational reasons, with notice where practicable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or in-product notice). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
